I was born into a family of 12 very strictly raised and disciplined siblings. My family raised us in a Pentecostal Church. I have been part of several other religious beliefs.
My 1st marriage of 19 year ended in divorce. I remarried several years later and through this marriage I grew exponentially in spirituality. Together we became Reike Masters and taught Reike classes, we were ordained priests in the Order of Melchizedek and later founded DIVINE WAY OF LIFE CHURCH. In my personal life I have been a Real Estate Agent, went to nursing school, and have maintained several salons with my a cosmetology license.
When my 2nd husband passed away in 2009, I made Carmel Temple, which we had earlier visited together, my new spiritual home. In the middle of this, Brian and I married. Not long after I’d settled in at Carmel Temple, Charlotte and Carl, the last two founders of Carmel Temple asked if I would meet with them to talk. When I visited their home, they told me how Charlotte herself was getting much older and was unable to carry on administering the duties of Carmel Temple and Carl was already in and out of a wheelchair with Parkinson’s disease. They asked me then if when they passed from this earth, would I see to it that Carmel continued on its spiritual path. Not really knowing exactly what that would entail, I said I would do my best. The rest is history. I’m committed to this process.
